SCHEDULE:

Classes are on the hour, 55 minutes in duration.

ALL PILATES EQUIPMENT CLASSES:

Monday 7am-8pm
Tuesday 7am-8pm
Wednesday 7am-8pm
Thursday 7am-8pm
Friday 7am-4pm
Saturday 6am-2pm

Private and Semi-private sessions are available, please call the studio for more information.

FEES:

GROUP SESSIONS:
Group sessions of no more than four to five students
$37 per session or $330 for a series of 10 sessions.

NEW CLIENTS:
New clients begin with three private sessions
at $70 each. These 55-minute sessions enable Rachel to assess individual fitness status, posture, strength, flexibility and training goals.

PRIVATE SESSIONS:
$70 per hour.

 

EACH 55-MINUTE SESSION INCLUDES:

Ongoing classes of no more than four to five individuals are arranged with the goal of grouping individuals of similar fitness levels and training needs. Each 55-minute class consists of floor exercises and work on one or more pieces of Stott Pilates™ equipment, including:

• Reformers
• Trapeze tables
• Stability chairs

As your abilities improve, Rachel expertly increases the intensity and difficulty of specific exercises to continuously challenge your muscles and provide ongoing improvement of your fitness levels.
