Many exercise regimes focus on physical and outer appearance. At the Energy Within our classes focus on working from the inside out. By focusing on core abdominal and back strength, we help our clients attain their optimal flexibility, stability and endurance.
The spine provides for five essential movements, all of which depend on a network of deep, stabilizing muscles in our torso. These essential movements are as follows: neutral, flexion, extension, lateral and rotation. We incorporate each movement into our Pilates exercise training to maximize both abdominal and spinal strength.
