When one part of the body is weak or misaligned, the body tends to overdevelop other parts to compensate. These imbalances, often the result of repetitive motions or habitual postures, frequently result in injury and pain. Our Pilates classes are structured to strengthen the stabilizing muscles responsible for bringing your muscular and skeletal structures into balance, relieving pain caused by excessive sitting, computer use, repetitive lifting or long periods of standing without rest.
