What To Expect

There are no more than 4-5 clients per each 55 minute Pilates session.  Keeping our Pilates classes small allows us to focus on proper form and individual needs. Whether circumstances draw you to Pilates to lose weight, increase muscle tone, improve athletic performance, manage pain, or to recover from or prevent injury, the goal of our specific style of exercise is to help our clients achieve balanced fitness, body awareness and lifelong spinal health.

At The Energy Within you will receive personalized athletic training to suit your individual needs, something that is extremely difficult to find in many other Pilates facilities. We take great pride in focusing on the specific needs of our loyal clientele.

Our combined experience and training in Pilate’s techniques, nutrition, anatomy and body mechanics give you the ultimate Pilates experience. Through Pilates training, you can work toward an overall balanced physique while learning to maintain optimal health.
